• Cross posting from evan on another discussion... Run userrole.php from the scripts directory. In the 0.9.0 release version, the first user will be marked as the site owner and they can add other administrators and moderators.

• I believe it's looking for the PHP extension "tidy." There is more information available on the php.net documentation site: http://php.net/manual/en/book.tidy.php Can you check your PHP installation to see if this extension is enabled?

• Is it possible that your server is not assigning enough memory to PHP? I've seen this a number of times in other types of sites. Do you know how much memory is currently assigned to PHP?
