• Thanks, problem resolved. since the plugin enabled, new user has to provide a different email than existing email addresses. The problem was, before the plugin, several accounts already have same email address and that email address is not validated…

• I just installed "Latest Stable Release: 0.9.9" and enabled the plugin. but the issue still exists: I can register multiple accounts with same email. any solution?
