How to install a plugin

Hello, i tried to activate a plugin with addPlugin('Adsense') in the config.php file, but i don't got activate it :(

How i can activate it?

    I want to have in the administrator panel a list of all plugins although it isnt activate.

    I'm not sure about that plugin. With most of them, though, make sure the name matches the folder in your /plugins directory, including the correct case. Then, make sure you've read the README file, so you know what other settings you may need to put into the config.php file.

    Most plugins do not show up in the admin panel.

    Not that I know of.
    You might need to code yourself an addition to the admin-panel. But I have no idea how you could do that.
