Not allowed to log in

I just opened a new account and for some reason keep getting the message "Not allowed to log in." I have not even made one post yet and have attempted to change the password multiple times but the same message keeps appearing. Have sent a help message 3 days ago but have not received any response. Here is the site, which is still active:
http://identi.ca/destinyandharmony. Any ideas how to log in or have this site removed if they wont let me log in...pretty unimpressed to date...

    It seems that i have the same problem stated above "Not allowed to log in".
    I created 4 posts and yesterday when i got back to check news wasn't allowed in.
    Tryed to associate my facebook and twitter account but didn't work.
    If i infringed the Tos i apologize and will not submit any links in future.
    My fault not reading the Tos which i did now "unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine".

    I really had a wrong idea how identica works.

    If possible to unban my account i appreciate and behave according to rules.
    If its not possible i sadly regret but understand and apologize for breaking the rules.

    @Web_Free_Files @penileextension @computerarmoires @anitahapsari Your accounts all look a lot like they're breaking Identi.ca TOS [1], especially point 2 about "unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites".
    Your accounts were probably silenced by ModHelpers in the action to ban spam, that's why you can't log in.

    I've got the "not allowed to log in" message too (Identi.ca), and I found out it's because I'm supposed to be a spammer. But I assure you guys I've never meant to be a spammer.

    I'm a webcomic creator and daily post my work at Identi.ca, but I didn't see that as spamming.

    Hi Jordanc, I'm really happy to found this site on Google. I have the same problem with most people here, since 2 months ago I can not login into my identi.ca account http://identi.ca/rayhanzhampiet with a message shown "Not allowed to log in". Until today I still receive some email from new subscriber to my account. I need to respond my subscribers immediately and really appreciate if you can help me to remove the moderators banned. I'm sure that is a mistake.

    Just a heads up, if your timeline consists solely of "how to make money" or the same links to scammy looking autopost blogs covered in ads I WILL NOT UNBAN YOU do not bother posting in this thread.

    Identi.ca is not a self promotion tool, it is a community site, moderated by the community. If the community has decided you should be banned 99% of the time they're right and I do not reverse the ban.

    This is an account that i use to register my work activities, so i don't subscribe to anyone, neither do i advertise my account to anybody else

    Besides hfwday, i've tried to use the login conisli to promote a Free Software event, called Congresso Internacional de Software Livre. That's Portuguese for Free Software International Congress.

    To do so, i've asked some friends to support CONISLI; and some of them are subscribing to @conisly by now.

    And i've posted some messages on the lectures we shall present.

    Please tell me if that is reason enough to ban @conisli.

    very upset beeing not allowed to log-in because after having read once again identi.ca ToS [http://identi.ca/doc/tos], I don't understand the reasons.
    Stats don't lie: 49 messages sent since July 2009 is about half a message per week, absolutely no spam and no ads: pls, explain what's wrong! Thank you.
    IMO Identi.ca policy could not be so strict: probably when a user is going far from your policy it should be better sending her|him a warning email or a private message

    @cybernetica: @musicsence has probably been blocked because you've sent notices to groups without real info in them. don't do that, it annoys everyone in the group. only send notices to groups that are of value to ALL members in them. I've unblocked you, but you might get silenced instantly again if you keep posting to groups like that.
    @mcassi: your profile looks like you're only posting links, which are not really the point of identi.ca. It's about interaction with other people, a social thing. I've unblocked you and I'll be personally watching you.
