No matter what Locale, I still see english when logging in

Hi,

I have changed both the user and admin locales in the admin area. but when I logout I still see english. My locale appears after signing in.

How can I fix that? Thanks

    @rastgoo you need to also have the locales installed on your server, but it defaults to whatever your browser setting is.

    @rastgoo I may have misunderstood, if you can see the language any any point it's not an issue.
    But if your operating system or browser is set to English you will see the page in English until you log in and your preferences take control, otherwise it will be in whatever language your browser is set to. The language you set on the admin page is only the default for when autodetection from browser settings is not available.

    check your 'phpinfo' or php.ini , gettext should be enabled.
