Database error while registering a user

I'm using StatusNet 0.9.6 with XAMPP 1.7.3a on Windows 7.
A database error occurred while I registering a new user.
An important error occured, probably related to email setup. Check logfiles for more info.
The email setting in admin panel is postmaster@localhost.
It's the third user of my StatusNet. This error doesn't occur formerly.
The lastest item in the D:\xampp\apache\logs\error.log is:
[Thu Nov 11 15:27:41 2010] [error] [client 27.44.58.116] client denied by server configuration: D:/xampp/htdocs/xampp/
Although metting this error, the new user registered successfully.

    Maybe because I use a username same as the one I deleted before. But the email address is a diffrent one.

    @OnlyBlue it could be that, can you register a user with another unused name? Did you blacklist the name when you deleted the user?

    I register a user with another unused name, the result is same. I didn't blacklist any user before.

    @OnlyBlue What have you changed since you registered the first two users, I imagine the problem lies there.

    The first user is no problem.
    The second user was deleted and registered again.
    I don't remember I change anything related on user account.
