VM appliance

I found a JumpBox VM appliance with an old version of StatusNet (0.8.2). Are folks making newer turnkey versions? I'd rather not reinvent the wheel.

@jpoley this should get a VM running pretty quick, takes me about 10 minutes or so from a clean and updated ubuntu or debian box. Absolutely no guarantees tho, and definitely don't use it outside a vm. Its still an infant as far as installers go.

Also I'm developing on it so it might be in a broken state at any given time.

okay enough with the disclaimers. consider yourself an alpha tester ;)
