Any possibility of disabling links?

I have spammers coming along and posting links.. The ONLY people posting links are spammers. Is there any way to automatically send posts with links into moderation?

@Collaziano yes the blog spam plugin could be used to do this

Thank you. Do you know of anyone who's set it up to work with Statusnet? At this time, I'm not interested in having people post links on my site - so this would work good for me.

Okay. I found the plugin.. Now I just need to know how to activate it. It's not like the others where you just read the README file and place code in the .htaccess file.. Please point me in the direction of the instructions for using these plugins.

I've been doing some reading about executing PHP files in terminal mode but I'm having trouble getting this one to run. Any advice would be appreciated.

@collaziano do you have the blogspam software tested and running?

All I've done at this point is add the code from within the BlogspamNetPlugin.php file to my config.php file.. Is that the way these plugins are installed?

I know I'm driving you crazy here so I appreciate the fact that you're sticking around trying to help me.. I'm just lost... I don't see where to download the software for status.net.. I see something for WordPress, Drupal and Ikiwiki... But that's it... If you could steer me further in the right direction, I'd appreciate it...

you need the server code, the plugin code comes with statusnet
http://blogspam.net/code/ you will need mecurial to clone it.
