Edit Header to match the rest of my site

I am busy setting up www.weddinic.com/community but I cannot get the same header menu items like on my main page to display - check out www.weddinic.com - see the menu items on the top right.

Which files do I need to edit to add the css file and the file to edit to add the html code

@darretking you should make a plugin to modify the theme. that way upgrades will remain manageable

@darretking you can make a new theme directory you don't need to make a new plugin unless you are changing markup.

you can edit the message in the top center header in actions/public.php it is at the bottom
