Make email field required

I've add RequireValidatedEmail, now, how can I make email field required on registration form?

your users wont be able to post until they confirm their email address.
so they can login, but they will have to add and confirm their emails at some point after registration.

@aric I suspect @microtag means "required" in the same way the Creative Commons field is required, i.e. you can't complete registration without checking it. As I understand it, that is on the to do list for RequireValidatedEmail
