  • We are spamming nothing.. we do regular status updates (1 update per day).

Can anyone from Admin team help to enable the userid 'pti' or provide a reason for disabling the user.
  • @satishpandey Your account has been silenced; I don't see a reason to re-enable it. The content is setting off our spam filter, and is clearly not in line with the rest of identi.ca.

If you want to keep posting, you should download a copy of StatusNet and set it up yourself.

If someone on identi.ca or another federated site decides they want to follow you, they'd be able to.
  • Thank you Evan. We are using a Application (OAuth/REST API) for sending updates.
Application name : 'Jungle Torch Social Media'. Some other users want to use it.

It would be great to know the possible issues of blocking the user (pti) so that we wouldn't do any mistakes in future. If the reason is application/REST API we stop using it.
  • Identi.ca is not intended for SEO, as stated here:http://status.net/wiki/Spam

Using a software that is intended to "improve your overall Google Page rank" as stated on their website will pretty much guarantee that your account on identi.ca is suspended. As @evan suggests, if you must use such a software it's probably best if you install a copy of StatusNet yourself, it's pretty easy.
  • Thank You Habi for clarification.
