Plugins license

I need to write some plugins for a customer who don't want to release them.

Does statusnet license (agpl) allow this?

    @kelny2 I'm not a lawyer or other expert on copyright licensing. I would suggest contacting StatusNet Inc, and the Free Software Foundation. Since the answer will be of general interest, I'd appreciate it if you would reply here to inform others what the answer was.
