Cannot register in identi.ca

i can't seem to register in identi.ca . i've tried using the openid (Google) , and on being asked to connect my openid to a local account, i entered a nickname, email id and so on . but as soon as i hit 'create', an error page saying:

Internal Server Error
A banned user has registered from this address

and so i'm not able to register. i've tried mailing to the contact address: admin@status.net
, but i received an error saying my message couldn't be delivered. Help me out!

The same happened to me, first time i try to register i got the message "Too many subscriptions. Take a break and try again later." And afterwards i got "A banned user has registered from this address", regardless of the IP, ISP, or email address i use.

hope they correct it soon! i've even tried sending a mail to
admin@status.net

but i couldn't send it. all i got was an email from the mailer-daemon saying

"I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster."

Same error here as well. I think it may have to do with the recent downtime. Hopefully, all will be fixed soon.

I have this issue when I try to register. Can't mail support either. I deleted my old account, so I don't know how it was banned. Human error? I'd be willing to provide my IP, but for the record my old account was @invalidargue597 / @invalidargument597 (changed name)
