"Too many subscriptions. Take a break and try again later." why ?

After Identi.ca Down, I try to register one account but always get this message :"Too many subscriptions. Take a break and try again later." I didn't bulk register before !

Someone have error like I got ?

    @hieuvincent Did you register several accounts from the same IP? @evan recently implemented a block for new registrations from IPs that have been banned for spam, if I remember correctly.

    Oh, and BTW: accounts like identi.ca/hieuvincent are clearly spam and will be silenced/blocked...

    A banned user has registered from this address!why i always got this message after register to identi.ca,why?

    @habi, i've got the same problem when i try to register on identi.ca with username "disanro": i got this message the first time i tryed to register "Too many subscriptions. Take a break and try again later." I tryed several time that week. Now i'm trying to register again and i get "A banned user has registered from this address". I changed IP (ISP) and email but i get the same result. Suggestions? Thanks!
