Installation of 0.9.0rc2

I've just installed version 0.9.0rc2, but I have some issues.
1) Hash tags seems to not work. Posting a status with i.e. #blabla in it doesn't seem to trigger the hash system. It does not make it a link either.
2) Attachments, is displayed on the site as a non-clickable link as "http://sitename/index.php/attachment/1". Is this the way its suposed to be?
3) The API system is completely missing in 0.9.0rc2? I've checked some scripts that is built for posting from linux bash to identi.ca, and it uses http://sitename/api/... On my installation the api folder doesn't even exist. Is this an addon or?

Also I have a problem of URLs not automaticly being clickable, not sure if that's an plugin needed for that.
