Paying customer - all sites are down

"Internal Server Error" on all paid sites.
Since the beginning of the status.net updates all my sites which I'm paing a monthly fee for are down:

schule.status.net
attorneys.status.net
automotive.status.net
autos.status.net
construction.status.net
capital.status.net

  • Fixed, sorry for the delay, we had some database errors that were harder to diagnose than originally thought.
  • The sites were fine for a few hours but all of them are down again (timeout).

  • Can you please have a look what happend, all sites are still down since October 21.
  • Still down, even no reply by email. Horrible service for paid accounts. It seems to me customer support is non-existent at status net and forums are checked once every month.

    In the features for the paid package I see "StatusNet Priority Support" , this is just not true.

    I pay $10/month for each single account and there is no support or contact at all.
  • Maybe try hitting @evan up on statusnet, that might help you. :)
