Paying customer - all sites are down

"Internal Server Error" on all paid sites.
Since the beginning of the status.net updates all my sites which I'm paing a monthly fee for are down:

schule.status.net
attorneys.status.net
automotive.status.net
autos.status.net
construction.status.net
capital.status.net

Any update on this? All sites are still down. Sorry for being impatient but the sites have been down all week.

Fixed, sorry for the delay, we had some database errors that were harder to diagnose than originally thought.

The sites were fine for a few hours but all of them are down again (timeout).

Can you please have a look what happend, all sites are still down since October 21.

Still down, even no reply by email. Horrible service for paid accounts. It seems to me customer support is non-existent at status net and forums are checked once every month.

In the features for the paid package I see "StatusNet Priority Support" , this is just not true.

I pay $10/month for each single account and there is no support or contact at all.
