Links open inside the client window instead of browser

Clicking any link in timeline in Desktop causes the desktop itself to become a small part of the web page and then there is no way to navigate (scrollbars or drag) nor to go back to the client correct display. How to force links to open up in the browser?

    Addendum: this happens ONLY in the inbox (private messages). In timelines it opens in browser, but if a direct message is sent with a link, clicking the web link opens it in the Desktop instead of in the browser.
