[an error occurred while processing this directive] - On install.php

I followed the instructions for dream host, even though I'm on blue host ,regardless.. I've configured it the way it is documented, but I get "[an error occurred while processing this directive]" when I hit install.php , Is there any way to see what could be causing this? I'm installing in a subdirectory on my domain.
