Desktop no longer works with 1.0

Is there a Desktop version that works with 1.0?? 0.9.1 doesn't work since upgrade to StatusNet 1.0 from 0.9.7.

Have looked all over but cannot find any new StatusNet Desktop version?

Has anyone got 0.9.1 working with 1.0.0.5?

You may need to clear the cache on any existing installs as per these instructions http://forum.status.net/discussion/1310/how-to-fix-problems-with-statusnet-mobile-and-desktop-clients-since-0.9.7beta#Item_6
It's working fine here.

Did that but when trying to add account it says "Bad nickname or password." after testing login. But the username and password and server are correct.

@mathaba are you using php-fpm or php-fcgi?

I just installed 1.0.0alpha5 on my account in a free hosts service. It is fine except some double bit languages seems troubled.

Then I install the desktop in my notebook, certainly, I met the "Bad nickname or password" prompt too.

After several hours checking the vary resources and description including this forum on internet, while I tried several solutions. At last, the desktop seems contact the website.

I put this line in the server box:
http://www.example.com/statusnet/index.php/api

I think this line is that "api root", I did just according the information the wiki mentioned, the result showed in the server box just like above.

I use my notebook thought a intranet in my office to connect the web.

@jordanc php-fcgi is used on server

I was using mpm-worker with fcgid, which broke Desktop.

Now i'm on mpm-prefork and Desktop works,
so disable php-fcgi if you need desktop.
