How to update billing information?

Our company has moved to another location and unfortunately our creditcard was because safety reasons cancelled to prevent misuse and we received a new one today.
When trying to save the changes to the information (address and credit card) i get the message:

Cannot update after subscription started

  • @TZAdvantage Hi There, unfortunately at this time, our billing plugin does not support updating a card number for a recurring subscription. We are working on fixing it, but your best bet in the meantime would be to cancel, and then re-subscribe. I realize that this is not the most convenient option and I apologize.
