Can I Re-Run install.php?

When I first ran it, I used localhost as the host name. Now I can't access
it from anywhere other than the localhost.

So, can I just rerun install.php and would I break anything?

    I just edited config.php. Worked.

    @Rayge sometimes it's best to just drop the database and delete config.php and re-run install.php to make sure you don't have any residual errors.
