Strange behaviour in status.net 0.9.7

Hello,
I have a strange behaviour with my own status.net instance.
Sometime geolocation informations of one of my identi.ca contact appears, sometimes not.
When present, informations are false.

After a talk with him, he do not activate geolocation.
Maybe it's a problem with geoname plugin, maybe it's a core problem, I don't know.

I've never had this behaviour with previous version.
Any idea appreciated

@jbfavre Could you elaborate a bit more? If they've got "share my location" turned off it will default to whatever they entered on their profile page.

@jordanc It happen only when this contact reply to me and never with a classic dent. Have checked the profile, no mention of the location which appears.
I have a screenshot if you need, this could better explain what happen:

As you can see, when replying to me, the contect is located in Russia. When denting "normally", no geolocation available.
According to him, he never activated geolocation, neither in identi.ca, nor in his browser.

More, when looking his profile on identi.ca, for the same dent, no geolocation available.
Maybe have I done something wrong during upgrade to 0.9.7 (database scheme change for example) ?

@jbfavre Odd, could you file a bug here http://status.net/open-source/issues explaining the problem, and maybe get your friend to comment on it as well?
