OK, this is great, then. I'm going to announce on the status.net blog that we'll be using this forum system as our primary form of system administrator support. We're going to have a "support landing page" on status.net soon, so there'll be a prominent link there to this forum.

I think having a place for longer discussions might be useful... is this meant to be internal only?
Maybe something that was a bug tracker or had current status / owner would be more productive?
